The merger with the well-respected Reidsville company marks the next step for Berico as it has evolved, since having been founded in 1924, into the area's most trusted and reliable full-service provider of heating and cooling services. This merger creates enhanced value for both Berico and Willis & Willis customers.

Berico will expand their service area to provide more customers with HVAC services and fuels; Willis & Willis customers will be able to continue the tradition of excellent service while gaining access to Berico's extensive resources. Willis & Willis, whose customer base stems largely from word-of-mouth and the quality of its reputation, brings a successful track record of providing a high standard of service to its many customers.
