How our program works.
The Center program addresses the complexities surrounding chronic pain, addiction and their complications (weakness, fatigue, weight gain, erectile disorder, mood swings, inability to work, live and function normally). Physiatrists, doctors who specialies in physical medicine and rehabilitation, oversee the program. We work in collaboration with mental health specialists, addiction counselors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturist, and psychologists. We have close connections with attorneys, social workers and community resource specialists.
The goal of the program is to give our patients the opportunity to achieve the highest quality of life possible by significantly improving their physical and mental functions. The physicians and staff of Clinic meet regularly to explore pain management options that provide the greatest amount of relief with the least amount of risk. Patients are referred from their primary care doctor or a consulting physician who collaborate prior to referral. Upon reaching maximum physical functioning and optimum pain control, patients are referred back to their primary physicians for continued care.

Under one umbrella of clinic, we offer a multidisciplinary approach to pain treatment that addresses the various aspects and complexities of chronic pain syndrome: joints, neck and back pain. We treat the following disorders:
