Technology Group International (TGI), a leading ERP and accounting software solution provider, announces the release the newest version of Enterprise 21 which is poised as the ERP industry’s first “Self Implementing Software” or SIS.

Designed to hedge against project delays, budget overruns, and overall failures, TGI’s new Self Implementing Software is an ideal solution for small to mid-market companies. This new approach to software implementations is innovative and truly the first of its kind for higher end ERP and accounting systems.

The Self Implementing Software process delivers fast and efficient project management right from within the Enterprise 21 software application. The new SIS format is designed to lead a project team through a structured implementation process, while also facilitating a plan to deliver an on-time and on-budget go-live.

This methodology includes the following key concepts:
o System defined project template that provides a complete plan which includes:
o Project phases and lower level tasks
o Associated due dates, start dates, and ultimate end dates per item
o Owners or responsible parties
o Cost accumulation and tracking
o System directed implementation that leads the user through the proper path of defining system base tables, entering records, and defining configuration options.
o A fully Integrated Training System (ITS) that provides online tutorials and exams for users based on module subject matter.
o Online training tools that provide an avenue for self training and subject mater review for use during implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. These training materials include:
o Frequently asked questions or FAQ’s
o How to based help
o Online video based training provided by Kate, TGI’s virtual tour guide and online trainer
