AJ Novick Group Launches new Anger Management Classes
These new weekly anger management classes are offered on Monday and Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm every week. Their anger management classes are based on the acclaimed Century Anger Management model of anger management intervention using the “8 Tools of Anger Control”. Dr. Novick states that “participants should expect to learn the following skills: Empathy and Emotional Intelligence Training; Stress management; Communication skill training; Improving judgment and impulse control; Expectation management; Improving self-talk and optimism; Skills in forgiveness; Taking time-outs and diffusing hostile situations” through the duration of the program.
AJ Novick Group anger management is aimed at teaching participants concrete skills to help improve relationships in the workplace as well as all aspects of interpersonal interactions. Participants are recommended to attend 10 weekly sessions.
For those that can not attend a weekly class at their Laguna Beach based location, the AJ Novick Group also offers a state of the art online anger management classes as well as a variety of home study anger management class programs.
