Mox establishes a basis for the expansion in Eastern Europe
New branch office entrenched in MoldovaRatingen, 2007-11-13 - After the successful set-up of the branch in Romania, Mox Telecom AG establishes a further branch in Chisinau which is the capital of Moldova. “Mox Telecom Reprezentanta Moldova” will accomplish customer service and thus will form the basis for a further expansion in Eastern Europe. Due to the commitment in Moldova, Mox will be able to implement further dynamical growth as well as the increased demand for service with only slightly increased costs.
Mox creates additional resources and secures customer service and quality assurance through establishing the second branch in Eastern Europe. “Thus the increased demand for service of our customers which is due to our international expansion is taken into account”, says the founder and managing director of Mox Telecom AG, Dr. Günter Schamel, CEO.
The neighbouring country of Romania in South Eastern Europe impresses with its attractive level of labor expenses and is viewed favourably amongst investors. It also offers highly motivated staff and a beneficial technical infrastructure. Dr. Jürgen Schulz, CTO of Mox Telecom AG and responsible for both branches in Eastern Europe, indicates further advantages of the Republic Moldova: “Apart from the official language Romanian, that allows the direction from our branch in Sibiu, Russian is also a very common language. Therefore, customer service in Russian will be possible as well.”
The “Mox Telecom Reprezentanta Moldova” was incorporated in the Commercial Registry of Chisinau on 9th of November this year. Elena Negrea, Manager of the branch in Sibiu and Project Leader of the branch in Chisinau is planning to go into service this very year. Till December 2008, 20 employees will bring qualified service from Moldova to the Mox Telecom Group.
