The management team signed corresponding contracts to purchase Bosch Financial Software GmbH and its associated businesses in Northern America and Asia over the summer. The transaction was executed in late October 2015.

All members have been with the company for more than 10 years, and were partly founders of Innovations Software Technology GmbH, the preceding company of Bosch Financial Software GmbH. Dr. Bernd-Michael Rumpf, previously a member of the Executive Board Temenos S.A. and a member of the extended Executive Board SAP AG, is also a part of the purchasing team, and will take over the chairmanship of ACTICO's advisory board.
