Journey of Shivam Dixit from a normal School Teacher to making 30 Cr Valuation Company

He started his business journey in 2016 with his business partner, Mr. Thakur. They launched a venture called Counsel India. Prior to that, he completed 12th grade in the Science stream. During that time, he also participated in three national-level athletic competitions, representing Madhya Pradesh. Alongside his athletic pursuits, he began professional career as a school teacher.

He worked as a teacher for four years until one day, he decided to take a break from his normal life and follow his vision of helping people enter the world of business. Despite facing over 3000 frequent rejections, his venture managed to generate a business of 2,000 rupees in its first year. Each rejection taught him valuable lessons on growth and the importance of enhancing his knowledge of branding and marketing. Every rejection became a new chapter in his journey, leading to significant improvement.

Gradually, he started working on his weaknesses and learning from rejections, which resulted in vast improvements and increased profits. In February 2020, Counsel India took a step forward and achieved the title of COUNSEL INDIA SERVICES PVT LTD.

As my organization grew, it brought forth numerous responsibilities, such as executing the strategies proposed by the team. Despite shouldering the three major responsibilities of marketing, branding, and finances in an entrepreneurial setting, he never gave up and always believed in the vision for success. He have also been invited as an expert speaker to various eminent Universities and corporate companies like OP Jingal Global University, Galgotia University, Noida International University, RIWA University, IMT-CDL, and many more.
