Long-term Strengthening of the Partnership between Wiedenbach Apparatebau and Komax Wire

Wiedenbach Apparatebau, one of the leading suppliers of continuous ink jet printers for industrial applications, and Komax Wire, one of the leading suppliers of cable processing systems, continue their successful partnership with the signing of a new, long-term supplier contract.
Wiedenbach develops and manufactures for Komax Wire marking solutions which are adapted to the requirements of Komax Wire systems and provide the customers with a clear added value.
The sucessful cooperation between Wiedenbach Apparatebau GmbH and Komax Wire started already in the year 1997. Two years later, after first successful projects, the decision was taken to start a development partnership. The result was the ink jet printer series ims 291 which can be optimally integrated into the Komax Wire product range and was launched to market in the year 2003. The constant further development of hardware and software led to the successor series ims 295 which was introduced to the market in the year 2010. Today – after nearly 18 years of successful cooperation – both companies are proud to sign a further long-term supplier and cooperation contract.

Wiedenbach Apparatebau GmbH was established in the year 1983 and has been a group company of Domino Printing Sciences plc. since 2004. Wiedenbach is one of the leading suppliers of continuous ink jet printers which are used in the manufacture of many industrial products for marking. The portfolio contains also a wide range of inks, accessories and software solutions which all are developed in-house.
