Catholic Church Leaders from the EU and Latin America Urge World Leaders to Take Action and Move Towards Sustainability Based on Laudato Si' and Fratelli Tutti
More than 50 heads of state and other government leaders from Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean gathered in Brussels, Belgium, from July 17-18, 2023, for the annual summit called the European Union and the Community of Latin America and Caribbean States (CELAC). The purpose of this summit is to strengthen relationships and promote shared interests between the EU and CELAC member states. It was during this summit that the Catholic Justice and Peace Networks of Latin America and Europe presented a signed document urging the heads of state to take "concrete steps" in the fight for a "sustainable economy." According to Vatican News, the appeal to world leaders and the corresponding document were "largely inspired by Pope Francis" and his encyclicals, Laudato Si' and Fratelli Tutti." Vatican News published the following on July 17, 2023:
• "The Catholic Justice and Peace Networks of Latin America and the Caribbeans (LAC) and of Europe have joined in calling on European and Latin American decision-makers to take concrete steps 'for a transition towards a sustainable and people-centered economy'."
• "The appeal was launched last week ahead of the third regional summit between the European Union and the Community of Latin America and Caribbean states (CELAC) taking place on 17-18 July 2023 in Brussels, Belgium."
• "Humberto Podetti, director of the Commission of Justice and Peace of the Argentine Episcopal Conference (CEA) told Vatican News' Sebastian Sanson Ferrari that the collective J&S document was largely inspired by Pope Francis' social Magisterium, namely his encyclical letters Laudato Si' and Fratelli Tutti."
We are witnessing a Catholic crusade to transform our world politically, environmentally, and economically. Rome wants all climate solutions to be based solely on the teachings of Pope Francis. They want Laudato Si' and Fratelli Tutti to be the exclusive answers for our political leaders. Roman Catholicism is once again inserting itself into the temporal affairs of nations and dictating the actions of governments. They are calling on secular political leaders to embrace the wine of Babylon.
Rome, the most powerful religious organization in the world, is using all its weight and influence to push Laudato Si'. The movement to pressure politicians grows stronger and more determined every day. These efforts are eerily similar to what we read in Revelation. Prophecy has described that this very scene would take place during the last days:
"For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies." Revelation 18:3.
