Custom footwear manufacturer myflipflops.com arrives on the American market
Mr. Eylers came up with this unique business idea while on holiday in Tanzania. As he decided to climb the Kilimanjaro, he passed by a small place called Moshi Town at the foot of the mountain. There, he spotted some locals who were selling flip flops that one could make oneself using old tires. After putting the sandals together it was possible to choose a pattern, which was then painted on the sole of the sandals. Back home, Eylers searched on the web and when he realized that nobody offered a similar product in Europe, he decided to start a business based on this original idea.
The then student looked for the best possible materials for sandals and he worked hard to develop a technique which generated satisfying, long lasting prints. "We only want the best for our customers,” states the business owner ,“That's why the creation process is accurately scrutinized in every detail in order to always guarantee the best results. Our goal is to make our footwear available in many different parts of the world." A free design rendering and no minimum order quantity are some of the services myFlipFlops offers as part of its expansion plan in the United States.
