OnTheMarket confirms the Appointment of Thomas (Tom) Richard James Carter as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - as Lots of Affordable UK Properties appear on it's (OnTheMarket.com) Real Estate Portals.

On the 24th Day of January 2023 , OnTheMarket plc (AIM: OTMP) , the majority (agent-owned) company which operates the onthemarket.com property portal, publicly announced the official appointment of Mr Tom Carter ESQ - as it's New Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Company was also additionally pleased to dutifully confirm that (the aforementioned) Mister Carter will formally join the OnTheMarket Group as a Senior Member of the Executive Governing Board - effective from the 3rd Day of July 2023.

For The Record : Current (Interim) CFO (Mr Simon Bullock ESQ) will graciously remain (in post) with the Group until the 4th Day of August 2023 - to ensure a Thoroughly Comprehensive (and Exceedingly Smooth) Boardroom Handover.

As at the time of this report (in response to the Ongoing 'Corporate Reshuffle' News) : Thousands of Affordable UK Properties have already suddenly started to appear on the various (Real Estate) Outlets of OnTheMarket PLC.

Neither Tom nor Simon currently hold any shares in OnTheMarket.

Simon has 30 years of finance experience, with more than 20 years at CFO level, including at Caxton FX Limited, AIM-listed Bonhill Group Plc, Merit Group Plc and Aurasian Minerals Plc. Simon will not join the Board of OnTheMarket.

Tom is currently serving (out) a six month notice period with his current employer - and (formidably) brings a wealth of finance experience and joins from AIM-listed Brand Architekts Group PLC, an international beauty brand business, where he has been CFO since 2020 and led the recent acquisition of main market listed Innovaderma. Prior to that, Tom was Group Finance and Operations Director at Technetix Group Ltd, a leading global technology company, and has also held financial roles at Alliance Boots, BSkyB Plc and Procter and Gamble. Tom trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
