Instabill Joins The
Comodo Painless PCI Program

CLIFTON, NJ, March 26, 2015 – The Comodo organization, a global innovator and developer of cybersecurity solutions, today announced that Instabill, one of the industry's leading high risk merchant account providers for e-commerce and retail businesses, has joined the Comodo Painless PCI program.
The Comodo Painless PCI program makes it easier for merchants to become PCI DSS 3.0 compliant and protected, and helps create new revenue streams – all backed with the strength of Comodo security offerings.
“I am very excited about our partnership with Comodo,” said Jason Field, CEO of Instabill. “With the rash of credit card data breaches over the last year, this is an era in which PCI compliance is of the utmost importance. I believe we have the responsibility to our network of merchants and partners to make PCI compliance as affordable and painless as possible.”
The Comodo Painless PCI program is open to merchants, independent sales organizations (ISOs), acquirers, payment processors and other payment industry agents. The program helps eliminate the risk and complexity of completing the PCI compliance process, saving merchants time and money while letting Comodo partners focus on their core competencies.
Instabill will be leveraging the capabilities of Comodo’s Painless PCI program to provide the security and supporting services that enable their own merchants to achieve the proper security environments.  This will help Instabill to increase merchant retention, reduce churn, further improve customer satisfaction and reduce expenses while establishing an additional revenue stream. By offering Comodo’s security products, Instabill’s merchants will be able to purchase a security package which meets their own specific needs identified during the critical PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) process.
How the Comodo Painless PCI Partner Program Works
Painless PCI includes a web-based registration with simple step-by-step merchant guidance for completing the PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), which is critical for achieving compliance. The program includes free access to the newly launched PCI Control Center, which lets members keep track of their merchant’s compliance activities through a PCI management portal. The portal automatically displays SAQs and PCI vulnerability scan results in an easy-to-use dashboard.

The program also allows Comodo members to outsource PCI compliance to a trusted third party saving time and money in addition to generous revenue sharing opportunities. Merchants will receive free live support, while members will enjoy zero costs to join and access to discounts on the expansive Comodo security portfolio.

Members can leverage Comodo’s security solutions to offer additional products and services at affordable discounts. These include penetration testing, SSL encryption, malware scanning, PCI scanning, secure DNS, email security, endpoint security, back-up breach coverage and merchant live PC support.
“At Comodo, we do a lot of business with merchants to encrypt their online transactions with our highly secure and robust technology – so we understand how merchants operate and their pain points when it comes to PCI compliance,” said Robert Gersten, Principal Director, ISOs and Acquirers, Comodo. “Merchants, acquirers, ISOs like Instabill are all looking for an affordable solution provider, dedicated service and a security brand they can truly trust. Our Painless PCI initiative packages all of that value, passes it to the partners, who in turn retain more satisfied merchants, which is a win-win for all.”
Comodo is Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council certified and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV), uniquely positioned to help merchants attain PCI compliance.
