New Sleep Clinic In Hythe, Kent

A new sleep and insomnia clinic has just opened, based at Hythe in Kent. The sleep clinic has been set up by Paula Gardner, psychotherapist, business psychologist and coach, and founder of http://www.thegoodtherapypractice.co.uk.

It helps patients with a range of sleep issues, including insomnia, waking up in the early hours of the morning, nightmares, and waking up feeling tired and de-motivated.
