16 Companies Honored with Excellence in Wellness Award

Chicago, May 10, 2023 - Marquee Health today named 16 employers as the inaugural winners of the Excellence in Wellness Award.

The Excellence in Wellness Award celebrates companies with a best-in-class wellness program and a culture of health and well-being throughout the organization.

The sixteen winning organizations were selected from a pool of more than 1,750 companies. Employers of all sizes were evaluated for their commitment to employee well-being. Utilizing 2022 wellness program data, award winners were determined using an aggregate score in 4 categories:

• Being an Impact Player: Program Engagement
• Total Wellbeing Support: 5 Pillars of Wellbeing & Benefit Integration
• Strong Leadership Support and Participation
• Improvements in Clinical Outcomes

Companies recognized by Marquee Health benefit from higher productivity, lower medical costs, fewer workers/compensation and disability claims, and reduced absenteeism.
