Pasar layanan mobil Multi Brand diperkirakan akan tumbuh dengan CAGR sebesar 4,3% selama periode perkiraan 2021-2026.

Lonjakan Penjualan Mobil Bekas di Kota-Kota Tier II: Indonesia merupakan salah satu pasar otomotif dan mobil bekas terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Ini adalah rumah bagi banyak OEM yang memiliki pabrik produksi dan perakitan di negara ini. Indonesia menyaksikan lonjakan penjualan mobil bekas di kota-kota Tier II Indonesia yang menandakan meningkatnya usia rata-rata mobil, oleh karena itu dorongan untuk pasar layanan mobil. Growing Vehicle Parc di Indonesia: Industri otomotif Indonesia dalam menyaksikan lonjakan jumlah parc kendaraan yang menyebabkan permintaan yang lebih tinggi untuk multi merek dan perusahaan layanan mobil OEM di Indonesia. ~87% parc kendaraan di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 adalah mobil pasca garansi yang umumnya mengunjungi service center mobil multi brand. Padahal, mobil pra garansi di negara ini lebih suka mengunjungi pusat layanan mobil OEM.  Pusat layanan multi merek biaya ~ 10-20% lebih murah dibandingkan dengan pusat layanan mobil resmi yang merupakan alasan utama bagi konsumen untuk beralih ke pusat layanan multi merek selama masa pasca garansi. Karena kurangnya pengetahuan suku cadang, konsumen cenderung pergi ke pusat layanan resmi untuk suku cadang asli. Jumlah parc mobil diantisipasi untuk menyaksikan CAGR sebesar 2,8% selama periode perkiraan 2021-2026.

Larangan mobil di atas usia 10 tahun: Pemerintah Indonesia memberlakukan larangan mobil di atas usia 10 tahun untuk mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas di jalan-jalan utama. Pemerintah telah memungut biaya kemacetan untuk mobil mulai tahun 2020, menetapkan batas usia 10 tahun pada kendaraan di jalan pada tahun 2025, memperketat tes emisi dan mengendalikan pembuangan industri untuk mengurangi polusi udara. Larangan tersebut akan menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan untuk pusat layanan multi-merek resmi dan terorganisir di Indonesia.
