Gouda, The Netherlands, 3 October 2007 - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in Europe) announces that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Imtech N.V. on 1 October last, the shareholders have approved an amendment to the articles of association. This implies that as of 3 October 2007 after close of trading each ordinary share listed on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext with a nominal value of 2.40 euro each will be split into three ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.80 euro each.
