Baltimore, MD – August 13, 2014 – Gloria Larkin, President of TargetGov, is presenting two breakout sessions to help service disabled veteran business owners grow their businesses at this year’s “Elite SDVOB Network National Conference”, taking place August 20th through the 22nd at the New York Marriott Downtown in New York, New York. The goal of this year’s event is to assist Service-Disabled Veterans by helping them establish and grow their own businesses and network with members to procure contracts with local, state and government agencies. Mrs. Larkin’s breakout sessions aim to increase Veteran Owned business efforts involved in government contracting, a $15 billion market nationwide. The second session led by Mrs. Larkin, on Thursday, August 21, will teach participants how to create powerful Capability Statements, required marketing documents for the government customer.
