New North Carolina Web Magazine Serves as a Tribute to the Modern Southern Belle

Greenville, NC, September 20, 2007 – Indigo Read LLC today announced the recent launch of a new Web magazine serving the North Carolina region. The woman-centered publication, aptly titled GAL Magazine (Grow and Learn Magazine), strives to provide uplifting, inspirational, and motivational articles and resources for the modern southern woman, ranging from support of local businesses to shared experiences and mentoring. The magazine, officially launched on September 1st, can be found on the Web at www.GALmag.com.

“GAL uses the insight of the spiritual experience, the wisdom of our elders, shared experiences, and the inspiration of self-improvement philosophies to educate, encourage and empower individuals,” says Donna Lowe, Executive Editor of GAL Magazine. “Our challenge is to provide hope, inner-power and unity, create opportunities where others see none, and most importantly to inspire.”

GAL offers articles and stories with a local impact, online forums for readers to interact, a calendar of events, features of local musicians and bands, and more. While currently serving the North Carolina area, GAL has plans to expand coverage to Tennessee, South Carolina, Arkansas, Texas, and Virginia in the future.
