Big player in distribution with need for smooth automated packaging lines

As being the biggest salt distribution center with one of the most modern automatic package lines in China, production amount reaches more than 400 thousand tons per anno. Specified in the production of small packages of salt, our partner operates an ambitious system of 20 IJP which are controlled by 10 PCs. The multiple lines are operated by a service computer and mark up to 150 packs per Minute. It appears clear that ambitious companies in the sector of distribution are dependent on smooth operation and in need of long term stability.

Tracking systems for efficient sales area control was running with low stability on competitors system

For identification reasons the Chinese installed a product tracking system printing a code on each package to identify. Using a competitors inkjet system, the company faced several stability issues with IJPs as well as overall high maintenance costs of machines.
