SAM APPLEGRAD, OWNER OF YMY ACQUISITIONS, ANNOUNCES INCREASED

New York, NY - Sam Applegrad, owner of YMY Acquisitions, has announced that the company will be increasing the heating standards for all tenant units in response to the winter season. As required by New York City regulations, tenant units must maintain a minimum temperature of 68 degrees during the day and 62 degrees overnight. However, in an effort to provide greater comfort for tenants, YMY Acquisitions will be raising the temperature to 72 degrees during the day and 69 degrees overnight.

While this change comes with a significant increase in energy costs, Applegrad believes that the well-being of tenants is a top priority. "We understand that the winter months can be especially harsh in New York City, and we want to do everything we can to ensure that our tenants are comfortable in their homes," said Applegrad. "While there is a significant added cost, we believe that it is worth it to ensure that our tenants are happy and comfortable in their units. We hope that this change will make a big difference in the daily lives of our tenants."

YMY Acquisitions is a leading real estate company with a strong commitment to providing high-quality housing for its tenants. This latest decision is just one example of the company's dedication to the well-being of its residents.
