European IT-Tenders in English Translation - Polish Government Goes Electronic

The Polish Government is going electronic and has published a tender regarding an electronic communication platform between government agencies and Polish businesses. This tender is open to all European IT companies. It is intended to make Polish businesses more competitive by enabling them to handle all government related paperwork electronically. By making use of 390 personal computers, 138 scanners and 62 servers in 36 major cities forms are to be made available and turned in electronically. This project is subsidized with 2.6 million Euros by the European Community. The bid is to be turned in until October 23rd.
