DornerWorks Named Detroit Free Press Top Workplace For 2022
DornerWorks has been named a 2022 Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press
Only 200 companies made this year's list - being named a Top Work Place is a tremendous honor, as each is nominated by their own employees.
"Our culture has been built over the 22 years of DornerWorks existence through the ideas and initiatives of our employees," says DornerWorks president Shawn Isenhoff.
For the DornerWorks team, the biggest draws are the people who make up the company's vibrant and innovative culture and a flexible approach to improve work-life balance.
"What I like about working at DornerWorks is, by far, the people," says DornerWorks HR Manager Sara Parmeter. "We have such an eclectic interesting group of people, just brilliant minds. That's what I love about my job is being able to work with these people who are just so talented in so many diverse ways. It really inspires and motivates me."

"The DornerWorks mission is about helping customers solve problems and working with them on their journey to get there," Smith says. "That makes it very people oriented. That makes it very much a relationship. And for me as a people person that that really appeals to me is being able to help out people and help solve a problem."
