It is solvent resistant, mechanically strong, shrinks very little during forming, and can endure heat up to 150 °C. It is white or off-white coloured polyester. The polymer has good mechanical and electrical properties, is stain resistance, high on strength, toughness, and stiffness, has good practical impact, and is flame-resistant (in some grades).
