List & Label First Report Generator Worldwide to Support the Output of Invoices in ZUGFeRD Format

Constance and Karlsruhe / Germany – 01/21/2014 In conjunction with intarsys consulting GmbH, the software manufacturer combit has developed an interface for the creation and processing of invoice data according to the ZUGFeRD standard. This makes combit List & Label the first reporting tool worldwide to allow for invoices to be output in this format. This new solution combines PDF files created by List & Label with XML data provided by the users application and converts them into PDF/A-3 documents that comply with the ZUGFeRD standard. These documents can then be sent via e-mail or professionally signed. This will allow bills created with List & Label to be read automatically for further processing.
The ZUGFeRD invoice format was developed by FeRD, the German Forum for Electronic Billing in conjunction with the German Consortium for Economic Administration (AWV) and the German Economics Ministry. The Forum works together with companies from the automotive, retail, banking, software, and the public sector.
