Combined offline filter with built-in motor/pump unit and pre -installed particle monitor

Werdohl-based fluid technology specialist participates in regional trade fair for industrial maintenance

Under the motto “We reduce your maintenance cost”, the fluid technology specialist Stauff, headquartered in Werdohl, Germany will participate with its own stand at the Maintenance trade fair taking place on 26 and 27 February 2014 in Dortmund, Germany; Maintenance is the annual regional trade fair for industrial maintenance.
Stauff specialists will provide advice on methods to optimise oil maintenance, leading to reduced maintenance costs. Many years of experience and a comprehensive range of products in the fields of instrumentation, filtration and fluid analysis allow the company to provide detailed and specific solutions for any hydraulic circuit.
In addition to filter housings and systems for installation in both full flow and partial flow of hydraulic and lubrication oil systems and a comprehensive range of more than 10,000 different replacement filter elements for Applications involving hydraulic & lubrication oils, heavy fuels, water, chemicals and coolants, the company offers various analogue and digital instruments from its Diagtronics product division for monitoring the most relevant parameters in mobile and industrial hydraulics: pressure, differential pressure, temperature, volume flow, and contamination.
The highlights that can be seen at the stand this year include a combined offline filter with a built-in motor/pump unit and a pre-installed particle monitor. With this, maintenance specialists and personnel responsible for production can always monitor the purity of their systems and can react immediately to changes using selective filtration. Improved oil cleanliness protects the components of the hydraulic system that are prone to contamination, provide for an extension of maintenance intervals and sustainably increase the service life of the hydraulic oil. This is not only beneficial for the productivity of systems, but also reduces maintenance costs and protects the environment.

More Releases for Werdohl

Stauff expands manufacturing capacities at Werdohl
Investment in high-capacity rotary transfer machines At its main base in Werdohl, Stauff has placed into service a rotary transfer machine for tube connectors with which some 1.5 million angle, T-connector and cross-pieces can be made from forging blanks. In this way, the all-in supplier of hydraulic lines has reacted to the considerable demand for its own “Stauff Connect” tube connector range which came onto the market in 2015. A second rotary
Pressure filters for sandwich plate mounting
Stauff is pursuing the market trends towards compact complete solutions with an additional practical installation variant of high-pressure filter housings in the SF series. Type SFZ filter housings have been designed for sandwich plate mounting on manifold blocks in hydraulic systems. They are equipped with four connection holes according to ISO 4401 NG6, DIN 24340-A6 and Cetop R 35 H, and are mounted as protective filters directly between the manifold
For extremely low temperatures: High-performance sealing materials for temperatu …
In order to ensure that hydraulically operated machinery and equipment remains leak-free and can operate without malfunctions even under extreme conditions, Stauff offers special sealing materials upon request that can be used in static applications down to –50°C for most of their products. The components of the Werdohl-based manufacturer of fluid technology products that are so equipped are used, for example, on snowcats and other mobile equipment in polar regions
Desiccant air breather with added value
SDB-CV desiccant air breathers from Stauff, which remove moisture from the air flowing into the hydraulic container in the event of pressure differences, are equipped with up to 8 non-return valves in both directions (to/from the tank). The 0.01 bar opening pressure prevents permanent flow through the drying agent, thus extending its service life. The colour of the drying agent changes from red to orange with increasing moisture absorption. This allows
The flagship among hydraulic testers
With the PPC-Pad, Stauff presents the latest generation of portable measuring instruments for determination of pressure, temperature, volumetric flow rate, frequencies and speed in fluid power systems. Like its predecessor, the proven PPC-12, up to 6 analogue sensors can be connected to the PPC-Pad. In addition, the instrument also uses the latest CAN-Open-Bus technology, which allows two networks to be assembled, each with up to 8 digital sensors. Measurement results are displayed
Cable fastening from the construction kit
Stauff clamps not only fasten hydraulic pipes and hoses and make an important contribution to environmental protection thanks to their vibration and noise damping properties. A special, multi-layered version with triangle-shaped cable openings is also used, for example, in wind power plants for the secure and orderly vertical installation of power cable harnesses. With the growing number of applications, a modular construction kit system was created which already covers many of
