CT REIA Announces Its January 2014 Monthly Meeting With Real Estate Expert Andy Heller

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Andy Heller, is announcing its monthly meeting on January 13, 2014. This meeting will take place from 5:30 to 9:00 pm at the Four Points Sheraton, located at 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT. Attendees will receive a free CD entitled 10 Ways to Buy Low. This CD ROM describes 10 different ways to buy property below market.

Attendees of this seminar will learn how to: consistently purchase real estate below market; identify the right type of property for a preferred investment model; buy discount properties in today’s market; take a deep dive into the Buy Low, Rent Smart, Sell High preferred method of buying low - bank-owned foreclosures; call banks successfully; buy from banks that do not allow wholesaler assignment; finance purchases; establish the maximum purchase price for all types of properties, regardless of type, condition, or investment strategy; negotiate a successful purchase; and much more.
