Hillsides Charity Hosts Holiday Celebration on Dec. 3 at Parkway Grill in Pasadena

(PASADENA, CA)--The Hillsides Guild, a support group of the Los Angeles County charity Hillsides, will host a holiday celebration at the Parkway Grill in Pasadena on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. This annual event includes cocktails, dinner, and a performance by the renowned Citrus Singers from Citrus College in Glendora.
During the dinner, guests will also get the chance to participate in an opportunity drawing, which includes dinner for four at the Pasadena steakhouse Smitty’s, a holiday decoration from renowned Pasadena florist Jacob Maarse, and dinner for four at the Parkway Grill, among other opportunities.
The proceeds for the dinner will be used by the Guild to support the children in residence at Hillsides. Throughout the year, the Guild provides the children with outings and presents they normally would not receive, such as seasonal gift baskets, birthday presents, a special spring break outing, and an annual scavenger hunt.
“The Guild is an integral part of Hillsides, and members have a direct impact on the happiness of the children of Hillsides,” said Joseph M. Costa, Hillsides chief executive officer. “This annual holiday celebration is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Guild, and I hope to see Hillsides many friends and supporters turn out for the event.”
The Parkway Grill is located at 510 S. Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena, CA 91105.
