Adyton Systems honored with special award “New Media” for marketing concept

Leipzig, 7 November 2013. In celebration of the Marketing Award 2013, the official award ceremony took place in the Congress Center Leipzig on 5 November. Adyton Systems was presented the special award “New Media” 2013, sponsored by Sparkasse Leipzig, for its excellent marketing performance. The marketing team convinced the expert jury with its innovative use of media and a very high level of marketing regarding conception performance, authenticity in implementation, degree of innovation, success of the concept plus regional reference.

Adyton Systems applied for the Marketing Award with its existing communication strategy of the launch of its next-generation firewall NETWORK PROETCTOR. This strategy has been used since 2011 and is constantly refined. On the basis of the business plan and the company’s target audience, Kristin Preßler’s marketing team decided to use a cross-media mix consisting of public relations, online and offline marketing plus events. Especially the sector social media plays an important role in online marketing. The jury rated this approach as particularly innovative and honored Adyton Systems with the special award.

"We are very delighted about this special honor, particularly because established and well-known companies have been awarded before. This award gives us impetus and motivation for our upcoming marketing activities. Currently, we are working on fine-tuning the communication concept and adapting it to the changing market situation. In addition, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Marketing Manager," said Kristin Preßler, Head of Corporate Communications at Adyton Systems.

The special award „New Media“ was awarded for the first time in history of the Marketing Award. This year, about 25 applications from Leipzig and the central region of Germany were submitted, from which a panel of experts, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Kirchgeorg from Leipzig’s Graduate School of Management, determined a winner.
