For BITSians, in addition to batch reunions, the Global Meet of alumni provides a powerful vehicle to keep the alumni not only united but also connected with their Alma mater.

What Kumbh Mela is to millions of Indians, the BITSAA Global Meet BGM is to lakhs of BITSians alumni of Institution of Eminence Birla Institute of Technology and Science are - BITS campuses at Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad, Dubai apart from the seamless Work Integrated Learning Programs. BGM is the largest peaceful congregation of BITSians on earth, during which they unwind and rewind. For the year 2023, the organizing team from BITSAA Jaipur have announced that BGM will be held at Jaipur during Jan 6 - 8 2023. From the Scintillating Start on 6 Jan 2023 till the Dazzling Finish on 8 Jan 2023, there are whole lot of formal and informal events which include Udaan, Zara Hat Ke, Pilani Sharks, White Tigers of Pilani, BITSians in Social Arena, India@2047 and Jai Vigyan Jai Anusandhaan.

While Udaan is celebrating BITSians women who have unleashed their potential, shattered many a glass ceiling and won laurels in diverse fields; Zara Hat Ke is introducing and honoring BITSian celebrities in non-traditional fields such as Comedy, Dance, Music, Theatre, Wellness etc. In the flagship event Pilani Sharks, selected BITSian Start-ups will showcase their ideas seeking funding from the deep pocketed Sharks. In the White Tigers of Pilani, you will hear the stories of various Unicorn BITSians who have truly made it and made it rather real BIG.

In BITSians in Social Arena, you will get to know the BITSians who have made a social impact and whose mission with passion is giving back to the community focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance - ESG aspects. In India@2047, you will hear leaders and change makers who will share thought provoking thoughts on transforming India for the next 25 years to mark the centenary of India Independent in 2047. In Jay Vigyan, Jay Anusandhan you will hear about frontiers in science, cutting edge technologies, path breaking research and much more.

On 6 Jan 2023 evening there will be a cultural event music program combo for all BITSians by BITSians. The gala dinner on 7 Jan 2023 will include a professional entertainment program. About BITSAA Jaipur: The aim of the BITS Pilani Alumni Association, BITSAA Jaipur Chapter is to stay connected with all the BITSian Alumni from Jaipur & nearby cities which include Ajmer, Kota, Bhilwara Udaipur, Jodhpur and Bikaner. The idea of establishing Birla Institute of Technology and Science Alumni Association BITSAA Jaipur Chapter was conceived in 1995 and was constituted on 04 May 1996. Currently the chapter has more than 200 registered members. With the challenge of hosting BITSAA Global Meet BGM in 2023, Jaipur chapter is gearing on all fronts to take up the same.
