igus UK welcomed a special guest to their stand at Offshore Europe 2013
igus UK bought an extra heritage dimension to their stand last week at the Offshore Europe 2013 exhibition in Aberdeen.Twice a day, local Scotsman Corry played an outstanding bagpipe set in full patriotic attire on the stand attracting crowds of exhibitors and visitors alike to the area. He continued to liaise on the stand with customers having photos and discussing general enquiries about the meaning of certain assets upon the uniform such as the Sgian Dubh knife, which was hidden in the outside of the right sock with only the handle peeping out.
Corry framed the main attraction to the stand, the E4.350 otherwise known as the largest plastic energy chain in the world. igus energy chains are manufactured from high performance plastics making them tough, resistant to corrosion and impact offering high UV, temperature and precipitation stability. They are lubricant-free so require no maintenance and have very long working lives, making them an extremely cost-effective choice. Those who visited the stand expressed interest in the energy-chain getting the chance to talk to the industry experts about the product and expand their knowledge.
