Meg Cadoux Hirshberg to Keynote at CWE Women Business Leaders Conference 2013

Inc. Columnist and Wife of Stonyfield Farm Co-Founder Shares Keys to Surviving Entrepreneurship

Boston, MA, September 5, 2013 – The Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE), a nationally-known nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in business, today announced Meg Cadoux Hirshberg, Inc. columnist, author, and wife of co-founder of Stonyfield Yogurt, will speak on October 3rd at The CWE Women Business Leaders Conference 2013, taking place at the Dedham Hilton in Dedham, Massachusetts.

Hundreds of business professionals will converge at New England’s premier educational and networking event for women business leaders and supplier diversity professionals. This year's conference theme is "Play to Win," featuring interactive workshops and networking opportunities with Fortune 500 corporations, women business leaders, and community advocates who support women’s economic empowerment in New England. The event will also include the annual CWE Awards Luncheon where business and community leaders will be recognized for their achievements in promoting and furthering the success of women in business in New England. In addition, in partnership with Care.com and MAGIC 106.7, the event will feature the finals of the 2013 Female Entrepreneur Challenge, a business plan competition for women entrepreneurs.

Meg Cadoux Hirshberg is a highly-regarded speaker and writer who recently authored For Better or for Work: A Survival Guide for Entrepreneurs and Their Families, a well-received book offering strategies and insight into building a business and family simultaneously and the consequent impact on both. Meg worked in the Stonyfield Farm business alongside her co-founder husband, prior to embarking on her writing career. Her Inc. magazine column, “Balancing Acts” explores work-life balance in an entrepreneurial setting. Meg has also written two yogurt cookbooks and has been published in Yankee Magazine, the Boston Globe magazine, New Hampshire Magazine, among other publications.
