Spanish hotel major selects eRevMax to optimize online sales

H10 Hotels, one of the largest hotel groups in Spain, has selected eRevMax to increase their online business and distribution exposure. Two new properties have been using RateTiger to accurately distribute inventory from a single image of pooled inventory across all connected sales channels. The real-time connectivity with OTAs has helped H10 to push sales for the last minute availability, resulting in a positive impact on their over-all online booking.

H10’s Urquinaona Plaza and Port Vell hotels have been using RateTiger Channel Manager to centrally manage rates and availability in real-time across a variety of channels. RateTiger Shopper is helping them monitor competitor rates in various sales channels to analyze market position and optimize pricing decisions. Reservations generated from OTA channels are delivered directly into the H10’s PMS, thereby eliminating manual interference and scope for errors.

“RateTiger has really helped us to save time and respond to market dynamics. It is faster than any other channel manager when it comes to updating rates. We can update inventories and rates across 15 sales channels for up to 30 days at one go,” said Meri Ferrando, Sales Manager, H 10 Urquinaona Plaza.

H10 properties are also utilizing the eRevMax Channel Eco-system, which offers two-way seamless connectivity with global OTAs to reach out to new markets. RateTiger users can take advantage of its large network of extranets including large global OTAs as well as smaller niche channels focused on specific target groups, countries and regions.
