Alejandro received a great deal of attention growing up as an only child, and in his view, that was a double-edged sword having its benefits and also real drawbacks which manifested later on in his life; yet he firmly believes that both of his parents did the best they could in parenting him based on their knowledge and awareness levels at the time. He was given a great opportunity in his early twenties that would forever change his life, and while he didn't recognize it at the time, it became evident to him during his life's journey that he was amid a beautiful gift. He was offered the opportunity to travel to England as a student at a local English School for three months to improve his language skills. This prompted him to pursue a path of study and earn a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom. Alejandro immigrated to the United States shortly after graduating, and after years of being immersed in the engineering field solving engineering calculations, he unearthed his genuine life meaning and purpose: to add value to as many people as possible, transforming their lives by unleashing their inner greatness, and achieving anything they desired.

Following that, he joined Toastmasters International to hone his public speaking abilities and expand his time to communicate in front of multiple audiences. Along the way, he had different mentors who guided and steered him away from distractions and the desire to pursue shiny objects. However, with new opportunities come new challenges, and as a solopreneur, he had to tackle those difficulties head-on to continue advancing in the path of his aspirations. He began his professional career in engineering for several multinational corporations. Alejandro had the chance to travel to several countries while working for Siemens as an Applications Engineer and South American Business Developer, visiting new and existing clients and delivering highly technical lectures at trade events. This sparked in him a passion to engage with individuals in the areas of Leadership, Personal Growth, and Professional Development. A new chapter in Alejandro's life began to blossom at this time. It took him a little more than two years to eventually focus all his energies on his new business: "Tornato Speaking, Leadership & Coaching LLC". He is now overjoyed to be able to make an impactful and positive difference in people's lives across the world. In addition, Alejandro is the host and producer of two widely listened to podcasts: "The Alejandro Tornato Show" and "Have The Edge".
