Founders of Dallas’ Lidji Dorey & Hooper Honored Among Nation’s Top Attorneys

DALLAS – Accomplished attorneys Brian Lidji and Michael Dorey, the founders of Dallas’ Lidji Dorey & Hooper, have earned recognition in the 2014 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, a leading guide to the nation’s top lawyers.

Mr. Lidji earned his eighth selection to Best Lawyers in 2014 based on his work in corporate law. He regularly assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, in addition to work in corporate governance matters, securities law, business disputes, contract negotiations and other business transactions. Earlier this year, Mr. Lidji was named to D Magazine’s list of “The Best Lawyers in Dallas,” where he is consistently recognized on an annual basis.
