The software OS-PDM provides Galileo with a centralised specification and recipe management system. Complex processes from development to production are simplified and costs are reduced. The company can react quickly to market needs and produce more efficiently.
All raw materials used for the recipes, including their nutritional value – and also allergens – are gathered. Ingredients- and declaration lists can be automated. This is particularly beneficial regarding the growing demand for food declaration.
