Real Estate Attorney James Sullivan Joins Gardere in Dallas
DALLAS - Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is pleased to announce that Dallas attorney James J. Sullivan has joined the Firm as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.Mr. Sullivan’s practice focuses on the representation of developers, property owners, commercial landlords and tenants, and borrowers and lenders in real estate and mortgage transactions. He will concentrate on the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial leases for offices and retail establishments.
“We are pleased to have Jim join the Firm in the Real Estate Practice Group,” says Gardere Chair Holland N. O’Neil. “His breadth of experience will further enhance the comprehensive capabilities that our Real Estate Practice provides for our clients.”
Mr. Sullivan earned his law degree at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Herbert Law Center. He joins the Firm from Haynes and Boone LLP, bringing more than 25 years of real estate experience to Gardere’s nationally recognized practice.
