ScienceSoft Announces the Sale of Tochnye Resheniya Two Years after the Acquisition

In the second half of 2021, ScienceSoft announced a deal to sell Tochnye Resheniya (had done business as OCSICO before acquired by ScienceSoft). Upon the sale, ScienceSoft continues the ownership of OCSICO brand including the ocsico.com domain, the employment of most of the team members who joined ScienceSoft and ongoing projects obtained from the acquisition. Tochnye Resheniya will be providing web and mobile development services as an independent company.

ScienceSoft and Tochnye Resheniya united at the end of 2019 under the name of ScienceSoft. The years that followed were not easy, marked by coping with the crisis and consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The acquisition of Tochnye Resheniya helped strengthen ScienceSoft's positioning and expanded the team at the perfect timing - when extra resources were needed to meet the demand from clients rushing into operations digitization and striving to adapt to a changing business environment. With the expertise of Tochnye Resheniya, ScienceSoft acquired new in-demand competencies and was able to start more large-scale projects.

Over the recent years, ScienceSoft has been growing dynamically: in 2020, the company opened its first Middle East office in the UAE, and next year expanded its US presence. As for now, ScienceSoft is home to 700+ experts providing full-cycle software development and IT consulting services.
