Itella Logistics Russia entrusts accounting and reporting systems support to assino

July 17th, 2013, Moscow – Itella Logistics Russia and assino report the results of support program for accounting and reporting systems provided by assino.

Itella, the leading logistics services provider in the Russian market, passed corporate systems support and maintenance to assino in year 2012. Itella turned to assino, because of the company’s expertise in developing efficient IT infrastructures to support the introduction of centralized business processes for regional subsidiaries of global enterprise companies.

Currently assino supports 11 systems with 25 databases including documents circulation, stock management, accounting and tax accounting, payroll and HR, payment reconciliation, management reporting and other systems. SLA involves several levels of support. Every inquiry gets response in 15 minutes, urgent queries are solved within an hour.

“Besides certified consultants who are ready to respond 24/7, we also provide services of highly skilled professionals such as IT-architects”, ─ comments Dmitri Teplitski, key account director, assino. “This helps us develop the systems in accordance with the changing business-processes of our client.”

One of the development projects implied integration with the corporate SAP system in order to provide correct HR and payroll data to the head office. assino cooperated with Itella experts from Finland and Russia to set the data input to the 1C system in Russian subsidiary with the following verification in the SAP system. Thus, entered data is automatically delivered to the head office for the further reporting. Solution significantly reduced the time of integration and let the subsidiary function by the unified standards adapted for all European branches of Itella.

At the moment assino specialists are working on reducing costs of data unifying and information storing.
