Minimum effort, maximum occupancy – TravelNet opens up to new hotels and guesthouses

TravelNet International established itself as a voucher provider 20 years ago and is currently opening up its Flexi Breaks voucher program to new partner hotels.

Hamburg. - The Flexi Breaks program provides hotels and guesthouses of all categories with a new way of increasing sales: Participating hotels and guesthouses pay an annual administration of 365 euros to have their hotel profile and picture gallery displayed on theTravelnet website. Voucher holders then choose where they want to check in from these online profiles. Hoteliers can develop new customers with minimal effort due to the international nature of the company with the translation of the hotel profile into all relevant languages being included in the price of the Travelnet package. Moreover, TravelNet constantly presents the hotel profile on the various online portals.

The accommodation vouchers enable participating hotels to reach higher occupancy rates by making rooms available that would often otherwise have remained unbooked. TravelNet does not charge any booking fee and all additional sales made to guests remain completely with the hotel.

There are currently approximately 1,700 partner hotels participating in the Travelnet program and, with some 10 million vouchers having been distributed in recent years, it is now possible for all interested hotels to participate in Flexi Breaks at www.travelnet-hotels.com

The increasing competition from the private sector gives TravelNet CEO Michael Salvati good reason to see the high potential in the concept. The number of nights being booked annually in the private sector in Germany alone is currently about 87 million - with this number accounting for about a quarter of all overnight stays.
