HAVI Logistics Russia Completes Automatization of the Distribution Center in Moscow Region Within a Month

27/06/2013, Moscow – HAVI Logistics, Russia (Rulog LLC) and assino announced the successful completion of the project on implementation of the “1C-Logistics: Warehouse management” solution for one of distribution centers of the global logistics service provider in Moscow Region. The standard solution was deployed by assino within a month, enabling quick start of operations in HAVI Logistics Russia storehouse.

HAVI Logistics provides genuine added value to its customers and supports them in making their core business more successful. To meet the requirements of its customer Sadia, HAVI Logistics Russia opened 24/7 consignment storehouse for chilled and freeze goods in around 8.000 pallets of floor and shelf storage.Manual goods acceptance, registration of their parameters, suppliers and consignees’ data record, goods allocation, order collection, shelf live expiry dates control, etc. in such storehouses are very labor intensive. The warehouse management solution is required to ensure operations’ efficiency, provide greater accuracy and time savings for order completion.

To introduce the efficient solution for the quick storehouse start to serve a new customer, HAVI Logistics Russia turned to its business software implementation partner in East Region, assino. assino offered the “1C-Logistics: Warehouse management” solution.

assino project team deployed the standard “1C-Logistics: Warehouse management” solution for 5 workplaces within a month, enabling the customer to immediately start operations. In the next months the solution was customized to help HAVI Logistics Russia meet customer requirements. assino programmers developed a complex custom module for catchweight goods accounting, customer-specific report templates and print-forms and integrated them into the standard software configuration without interrupting storehouse operations. The implemented WMS system was integrated with the HAVI’s proprietary corporate-wide applied logistics and ERP-software.
