In real life, if you are an owner, manager, mentor, or coach who evaluates other people's ideas, then it is inevitable to find uncertainties in deciding which ones will work and which won't. There are times of crisis when you get the feeling that your ideas have started to lack originality; step back, regroup and retrospect!

No doubt that great leaders have the highest respect for the people who willingly step into the arena and openly share their thoughts and ideas. They know that they will be met with rejection nine times out of ten.
