August 14, 2007 – San Antonio, TX – Jade Esteban Estrada, the man the Richmond Times-Dispatch calls “the master entertainer,” plays the role of a clumsy dating service worker in the new short film “Dating Danielle” directed by Chadd Green and produced by PrimaDonna Productions. The world premiere was held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at the Alamo Drafthouse Westlakes Cinema in San Antonio, Texas. The film was part of the annual nationwide 48 Hour Film Project. For more information visit the official website at www.datingdanielle.com, www.48.tv or www.getjaded.com.

Written by Green, A.J. Garces, Nikki Young and Lee Hurtado, the fast-paced story takes place at The Perfect One Dating Service where a clumsy dating service employee (Estrada) bumps into rival employee (Raven Kaylor) and mixes up the files of paired clients. Although, the couple (Danielle King and Marc Daratt) seem oddly matched, an unexpected disaster brings them closer together to make their date unforgettable. The film also stars Mary Robinson, Wesley Blake, Laura Evans and Everette Henderson.

“It is always a pleasure to work with someone as talented as Estrada,” states producer Young on the film’s official website. “He makes any and all experiences enjoyable.”

Estrada was also a part of the PrimaDonna production of the film “Crush” in July.

“He is a man of many faces,” raves Next Magazine. Let’s Go Austin calls him “brilliantly funny.” The Tallahassee Democrat calls him “absolutely fabulous” while the Dallas Morning News calls him “charming, funny and irreverent.” “Jade Esteban Estrada is one of Texas’ most premium exports,” states the San Diego Buzz.

Previously featured on Comedy Central, the actor was also the lead choreographer to Latin diva Charo and a scratch vocalist for the Back Street Boys.

Estrada begins work on the film “Callous” directed by Joey Lanai in Los Angeles in October.
