Hal Capital Signs Landmark Agreement with Hava Net Limited Kenya

Nairobi, Kenya - March 14, 2022 - HAL Capital, an embedded Kenyan Fintech, has signed a landmark partnership agreement with HAVA, a leading Kenyan online ride-hailing company. The signing ceremony was attended by the Co-Founder of HAL Capital, Mr. Mohamoud Dualeh, and his counterpart, the Founder of HAVA, Mr. Abdifatah Mohamud. HAL capital will provide its embedded financing platform and associated services to HAVA's online ride-hailing drivers in this partnership.

According to Mr. Dualeh, "this partnership will provide much needed financial assistance to online ride-hailing drivers, who are often constrained by the lack of funds and the cost of fuel which impacts their overall earnings. HAL Capital will thereby "ease their burden by providing fuel financing available via HAL's financing platform," he added.

With the signing of this agreement, both HAVA and HAL Capital will work towards the common goal of enhancing and developing one another's businesses and brand names by leveraging one another's expertise and network. The agreement is also in line with HAL Capital's vision and future development strategies of addressing financial services availability and helping realize HAL Capital's desire to promote financial affordability in East Africa.
