Pario Ventures Announces creation of Hospitality M&A team
London-based Pario Ventures a company that looks at taking companies to the US market has expanded created a Hospitality & Bars M&A unit and recently welcomed on-board Jason Linehan, co-Founder of London restaurant chain Simply Hooked and owner of Print House bar and restaurant in East London. Jason also established Gourmet Gastro a catering company that services the Sugar Island development in Greater London, United Kingdom.
Previously Jason launched Simply Hooked, in New York's trendy Lower East Side, and has since opened the branch in London and Brussels.
"I have known Jason since his bars that he owned in Brussels back in 2001 and watched him establish Hospitality businesses in many different countries. Pario has also been involved in Simply Hooked since it started in New York and Jason's years of strong experience are valuable for Pario Ventures' expansion in Hospitality," commented David Murray-Hundley, CEO and Co-Founder of Pario Ventures.
Jason will help start creating a team that is focused on M&A activities in the Bar and Restaurant space as well as look at growing US opportunities.
Pario Ventures already holds investments in The White Rabbit, Sullivans, Chef Radius, and Impossible Foods Inc.
