COOPER SOFTWARE STRENGTHENS PRESENCE IN THE D-A-CH REGION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF U:BENIT

To meet the growing demand for IFS consultancy and implementation services in the D-A-CH region, Cooper Software has announced the purchase of German-based ERP consulting firm and IFS Applications specialists, u:benit, acquiring the company as ‘Cooper Software GmbH’.

After Cooper Software expanded its presence in the D-A-CH region by signing a channel services and partnership agreement with IFS for the sale and provision of IFS solutions in the market, the acquisition of u:benit is the next step in its ambitious growth plans. The deal sees Cooper Software move closer to its steadily growing customer base in the region to provide them with targeted support in the implementation and re-design of IFS Applications through high-quality services and products.

The deal will see the founder of u:benit, Benedikt Stallmann, appointed D-A-CH General Manager to continue the expansion of the company.
