WHV successfully leads the brokerage of 5300 housing units in Berlin top deal
In December 2012, WHV brokered 5300 housing units, a total of 346 000 square metres of living space. The GGR Society acted as seller, while a listed real estate company bought the property.
The WHV Verwaltungs & Betreuungs GmbH brought a set of difficult negotiations to a successful completion when it led the brokerage of the real estate portfolio, bringing together the two companies.
