Winners were selected by their customers, peers and industry experts based on customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. Research included an independent survey of Sarasota area residents, a background check against the Florida State Real Estate Commission’s database, and review by a panel of local industry experts. Winners will be listed in the April issue of Sarasota magazine.
Vallone is active in the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR) as Secretary of the Board of Directors, co-chair of the Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee and member of the Professional Standards Committee. She holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations. This is the second year she has been selected for the Five Star Award.
Esses is a graduate of the SAR Emerging Leaders Program and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Green designations. She is a five-time recipient of the award.
