Blanca Commercial Real Estate Now Leasing 407 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida

Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected to lease the available office space at 407 Lincoln Road, an iconic 123,000 square foot tower in the heart of Miami Beach. The 13-story South Beach landmark, located at the intersection of the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall and Washington Avenue, is owned by EuroAmerican Group. The building is renowned for its 1950s-era mid-century design and rooftop digital clock, which displays the area’s time and temperature and is visible for miles.

The assignment was announced by Tere Blanca, CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, the building’s exclusive leasing agent. The firm’s Executive Vice President Alison Pages will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside Associate Vice President Alexander Cahlin.

The Blanca Commercial Real Estate team leasing responsibilities of available space at 407 Lincoln Road coincides with the major renovation of the building’s common areas being completed, according to Blanca Commercial Real Estate President and CEO Tere Blanca.

407 Lincoln Road is located directly on Lincoln Road, an internationally known pedestrian thoroughfare, within walking distance to hundreds of top tier retail establishments, restaurants and hotels. The building is situated adjacent to the new home of the New World Symphony at New World Center, just blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach City Hall, and the Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater.
