In neither other season, hospitableness has a similar high assessed value like in the Xmas days. The expected Christ child was denied at that time in the »parlours«. But guests at Xmas in Neuhausen (Ore Mountains, Germany) can look forward to an especially wonderful festivity. From 22th December till 27th December 2012 they can book artfully arranged themed rooms in the »Landhotel Grünes Gericht«. This includes additionally a »breakfast for cheerfulness« as buffet, a welcome drink (Nutcracker-glogg) as well a four-courses-menue on choice.
On Christmas Eve, the guests get a surprise »like home with mother« - a table fully of traditionally home-baked Christmas cookies. In the afternoon, starting from 14.00 h, everyone can help to decorate the Christmas tree in the lobby. Only a half hour later, the whole Landhotel will smell wonderfully with stollen and Christmas drinks, such like coffee, grogg or hot tea.

Nobody will ever be too old for gifts. From this reason, Santa Claus makes no different between children and adult guests. Every guest of the »Landhotel Grünes Gericht« gets a small gift in his room. This is also a piece of typical handicraft art from the Ore Mountains, the homeland of the Nutcracker. With a typical Ore Mountains Christmas Eve dinner (»s’ Neinerlaa« - nine-parts-meal), the Christmas Eve will end slowly in solemn harmony.
Who does not enjoy in Christmas time the sound of horse’s bells and the view at chubby wrapped guests on the sleigh? Because joy is the basic idea of Xmas, the booking time 22th till 27th December 2012 includes also a short trip on a sleigh through the winter snowy Ore Mountains. In the »Landhotel Grünes Gericht« will be prepared in the meantime a four-course-Christmas menue for a candle light banquet meal. Owner and staffs wish all for such a Xmas vacation for all senses in advance:
