New Delhi, 25 October 2021: Crystal Hues Limited (CHL), a leading marketing communication and localization company in India, had a meaningful performance conversation during its recently concluded half yearly business meet held on 8th-9th October 2021. In view of the pandemic, and the social distancing measures it has enforced, CHL’s tech team with ample support from the management facilitated a seamless online meeting.
The Half Yearly Business Meet for the financial year 2021-2022, reviewed the goal progression, obstacles and achievements of the past six months, while laying the roadmap for the remainder of the fiscal year. In keeping with the company’s tradition and culture of regular performance discussions, interactions and fairness, the senior management engaged in meaningful performance conversations with all the employees thanking them for adding value to the company with their sincerity, dedication and passion for hard work. The meet also served as an important point for setting organization’s aims and objectives for the upcoming months and achieve synergy between different verticals, as the President and CEOs of all five verticals viz. CHL Worldwide, CHL Localization, CHL Digital, CHL Softech, and CHLEAR were present.
The primary purpose of holding the meet was to identify and plug the gaps between the actual and the desired performance, as and where they existed. The highlight of the conference was a full-fledged operational analysis, that could help the company identify its Achilles heels and subsequently take necessary measures to rectify the situation. The meeting served to elevate motivation and engagement level of all the attendees including the management as well as the staff, who once again reiterated their full commitment and firm resolution to sustain, and even surpass the incredible growth CHL has been registering over the past few years.
In the meet, the President Mr Sudheen M, harped upon the fact that the company’s culture of fairness, transparency, honesty and commitment for employee progress in terms of objectives and SMART goals, opens floodgates of opportunities for employees to realize their true potential and achieve their career goals.
